Steorling exists because the best appointments are still made in rooms, not on platforms. We are retained by boards, principals and family offices when the seat is senior, the politics are real, and the process cannot become a story.

The firm is deliberately small. Partners run their own mandates. Research is done by people who will sit in the client meeting. We do not run volume desks, and we do not publish a candidate to a market that did not need publishing.
