Privacy notice

Steorling Limited (“Steorling”, “we”) is the controller of personal data processed through www.steorling.com. Our UK establishment is at 17 St James's Place, London SW1A 1NP. Contact the privacy lead at hello@steorling.com.

What we collect

Candidate and client data you give us: name, contact details, CV, career history, and any note you write. We also collect technical data needed to run the site (IP address, security logs) and, if you consent, limited analytics cookies.

Why we process it

To consider you for appointments, to run a search you have instructed, to manage accounts, and to meet our legal duties. The legal bases are contract, legitimate interests in operating a search firm, consent where required (cookies, some marketing), and legal obligation.

How long we keep it

Application and candidate records are kept for up to 24 months after last contact unless a longer period is required for a live mandate or a legal claim. Client briefs are kept for the life of the relationship plus seven years.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the ICO. We do not sell personal data.
