The brief
Vale & Ash is a 900-person advisory partnership with offices in Paris, Milan and Madrid. The managing partner wants a CPO who has lived inside a partnership — not merely advised one — and who can reset election criteria, cross-office mobility and the way the firm talks about contribution.
What we are looking for
CHRO or CPO experience in a professional-services partnership; French language; comfort with a partner vote rather than a corporate hierarchy.
