Family office and operating group seeking a GC to professionalise legal, governance and cross-border holding structures.

The brief

Alderney is the holding company of a second-generation family with operating businesses in hospitality, logistics and property. The principals want a General Counsel who has sat inside a family office or a complex private group, and who can introduce governance without losing the family’s trust.

What we are looking for

GC or senior legal counsel in a family office, PE holdco or conglomerate; common-law qualification; experience of DIFC and onshore UAE structures is an advantage.
