The brief
Northbridge Industrials is a diversified UK manufacturer with operations in the Midlands, the Rhine and the Gulf. The chair and CEO are looking for a Group CFO who can recast the capital stack, raise the quality of board reporting, and prepare the group for a more public capital-markets conversation.
The role sits on the executive committee, leads a finance team of ninety, and partners the CEO on investor, lender and pension-trustee relationships. The successful candidate will have held a public-company or large-private CFO seat, with a record of capital allocation under scrutiny.
