Calder Marine operates a mixed fleet across short-sea and offshore. The board is creating a CSO seat to own decarbonisation pathway, EU ETS exposure and the story the group will tell charterers and lenders. This is an operating role, not a communications appointment.
What we are looking for
Senior sustainability or strategy role in shipping, energy or heavy industry; fluency with Scope 3 and capital-plan trade-offs.
