The brief
Helios is a privately held European energy group with generation, midstream and a growing renewables platform. The nomination committee is adding an independent director who has sat through a major capital project or a regulated transition, and who can hold a constructive line with a founder-chair.
Committee work will include audit in year one, with a path to SID. Time commitment is estimated at 18–22 days.
What we are looking for
Prior NED or executive experience in energy or infrastructure; independence under the UK Corporate Governance Code; no competing portfolio conflicts in European generation.
