The brief
Whitfield is a 120-store British retailer in a sponsor-backed carve-out. The CEO needs an interim COO who has run a turnaround in multi-site retail, can reset a delayed OMS programme, and will leave a permanent successor a house in order.
What we are looking for
Prior COO or operations-director experience in UK retail; available within four weeks; comfortable in a sponsor environment.
